The Booth Type and Quotation

Option 1

Standard booth A 9㎡（3mX3m） Price: USD 2800

Standard booth B 18㎡（3mX6m） Price:USD 5600

The 9 & 18 sqm booth like the followings:

Note 1: Provided with three exhibition boards of 2.5m high and two lintels produced according to the requirement of the exhibitors, whole-floor carpet, one desk and two chairs for meeting and discussion, one 5 amp./220v AC socket and two spotlights.（Double for 18㎡ booth).

Note 2: 10% more fee will be added for Conor Booth with two openings

Option 2

Raw Space (at least 36㎡) Price: USD 280/㎡

The Raw Space booth like the followings:

Raw Space also called Custom-built Booth----- the organizer provide only booth area, does not contain any configuration. Exhibitors must authorize a exhibition service company which registered in China with China construction qualification to build the booth. The organizer will recommend several companies for choose.

Booth booking Procedure :

1. Contact organizing committee to get floor plan and choose a booth

2. To fill up the "Application Form" with the company seal, then fax or mail it to the organizing committee;

3. The organizing committee will send the booth confirmation letter and invoice for deposit payment (usually 50% of booth fee )

4. After the payment, the organizing committee will reserve the booth officially.

5. The the organizing committee will provide all the information help exhibitor attend the show
